I am a licensed attorney in the state of Florida focusing on Business, Corporate, and Tax Law. My passion is putting knowledge into the hands of individuals - from entrepreneurs to consumers - so they can make better informed decisions about business structures and tax planning.
I handle a myriad of business matters for sole-proprietors, small businesses, partnerships, and Corporations. I advise on how to properly structure for tax and liability purposes and ensure corporate compliance and governance. I effectuate mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions matters, and provide outside general counsel services.
I assist entrepreneurs, real estate, financial, and professional service professional with their business ventures by drafting joint venture agreements, operating agreements, equity financing agreements, shareholder purchase agreements, and private placement memorandums for equity financing. I review financial statements as well as draft asset-purchase agreements and franchise agreements. I also assist clients with corporate governance as well as partnership and corporate tax compliance. I assist entities with State Security/ Blue Sky Law compliance to ensure proper securities reporting for investment purposes.
I advise on complex tax matters including Estate and Charitable planning, compliance with ASC-740 as well as federal, state, and local tax compliance for businesses, partnerships, and individuals. I assist taxpayers with tax planning and preparation at the individual and entity levels.
I serve as Co-Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association in Orlando, Florida and I am admitted to the United States Tax Court.
Prior to attending law school, I was a Family Intervention Specialist at a Children’s Pyschiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA where I worked with children and families in the inpatient setting. My passion is advocating for others - which transcends from my experience and background in psychology into my legal career.

I am a Florida licensed attorney with an LL.M. in Corporate Taxation from Boston University School of Law. I have experience with Corporate and Business matters, Tax Planning and Advice for individual, small businesses, and corporations, Estate Planning, Probate Matters, Corporate Compliance, Contract Drafting and Review, Employment Contract Drafting Review and Negotiation, as well as IRS Tax Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
I assist my clients with drafting basic and complex estate plans, business formation, entity selection, contract drafting and review, purchase agreements, IRS controversy, IRS Letters and Inquiries, Audits and Examinations, Refund Claims, Payment Plans, Penalty Abatement, and Offers in Compromise. I have extensive experience in tax preparation for both individuals and small businesses at the Federal, State, and Local levels.
I served five years in the United States Marine Corps. I graduated from Liberty University with my Bachelors Degree. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley and Navy Federal Credit Union.

I am a Florida licensed attorney working on an LL.M. in Executive Litigation Management from Baylor University School of Law. I have experience with Family Law matters and business and civil litigation in state and federal courts in the state of Florida.
